description

Performance consists of seven smaller pieces performed mainly simultaneously in different spaces of Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb. The University context is constitutive element of the performance, because its concrete aim is deconstruction of the myths reproduced by art schools as authorised, elite and established places of human creativity and freedom. Smaller pieces are thematically independent, but related through problematics of the theoretical concept. The basic concept is the discussion and deconstruction of homogeneous and hegemonic picture of the art school and, in a broader sense, (A)art in contemporary society, especially society of South-eastern Europe in the age of post-socialism.
