All videos from all artists around the world are accepted, and the "winner" will have the opportunity to have an exhibition in Marseille during the next year.
The festival is organized by Leonard Mathieu.

The application should include:

Video (CD, DVD or mini DV (PAL))
A short presentation of the video
Information on the video: title, duration
Information on the author: biography, year of birth, education, field of work, place of residence and work
Contact: name, address, phone number, e-mail
